    • Weekly PE sessions for 500+ Katutura school learners (grades 1–4).

  • Academic Tutoring: Daily lessons in Math, English, and Sciences for 60+ students (Grades 5–12).
  • Computer Literacy: 80+ youth trained annually in MS Office and digital skills.
  • Library & Digital Access: Free books, homework support, and internet for 80+ learners daily.
  • 🎯 2024 Impact:
    • 95% pass rate among BAS participants.
    • 8 seniors enrolled in university programs; 5 secured government scholarships.
    • Upgraded computer lab (supported by DBB and FIBA Foundation).

SDG 5: Gender Equality 🚺

  • Girls’ Basketball Leagues: 35+ female athletes in competitive teams (e.g., BAS Falcons).
  • Leadership Training: 25 girls mentored annually in confidence and decision-making.
  • Career Week: 15+ girls inspired by female professionals in STEM, business, and sports.
  • 🎯 2024 Impact:
    • 15 female players in BAS Falcons team.
    • 50 youth volunteers trained (many female mentors).

Decent Work and Economic Growth

  • University Support: Life skills preparation + taxi allowances for volunteers.
  • Alumni Success: Jacobina Uushona pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management in South Korea.
